Lloyd,
Try the Holiday Inn in Pointe Claire. Most of the major US hotel chains have hotels in the West Island of Montreal which is near the tournament.

I’m sorry I don’t at this time. I suggest you try the major US hotel chains who have hotels in Montreal’s West Island close to the course and the parking/shuttle areas. See above. Try hotels in Dorval, Pointe Claire or the West Island.

We ordered our President’s Cup tickets and have the option for reservations at either Le Meridien Downtown OR Embassy Suites Downtown.
Where will we then meet the Shuttles to get across to Royal Montreal Golf course in the mornings?

There are no official shuttles from downtown Montreal to the Royal Montreal Golf Club. Please ask your hotel if they are providing transportation.
