Is it OK to bring camera equipment onto the grounds for Wednesday’s practicew round and the Opening Ceremonies. Thisa would include a Digital SLR Camera with 400mm lens and monopod? I am travelling from Kingston and the equipment is too valuable to leave in the car if I am turned away at the gate.
Thank you,
Brian

I have just spoken to your office and find that you are not offering any transportation options for downtown Montreal. I find this disapointing and inconvenient. Did you not expect spectators from out of town. Suggesting a taxi is not very practical, as all the taxis will soon be used up. I attended the Ryder Cup last year, and train service was offered from downtown Dublin, with connecting shuttle buses. May I suggest it is not too late to organise a bus shuttle service from the city centre to the golf course.

I would like to offer my frustration with the manner we were subjected to regarding the bus situation after the tournament. We were herded like cattle on the platform with no organization whatsoever. Rather than try and get to a bus through the crowd we decided to walk back to the parking on Salaberry which was a two hour walk. I also question the manner in which the money was collected with no receipt, as the persons had no identification, badges, aprons ,etc. They simply stuffed the money into their pockets. The prices charged for food and drink, etc.,were also exorbitant.

I have clubhouse tickets for Sunday Septemebr 30th-What areas exactlyv do I have access to with these? Is there parking included with these or not? I am not quite sure how the accessibility is defined? Can someone drop us off at the site or must we take the shuttle? Can we be dropped off at the shuttle area and have free access to the shuttle service or must we have paid for a parking spot? Finally what time is start time and what time will the shuttles be starting? Thanks for your time!KM

I thought the buses were run very well.
We waited for about two minutes before we were on a bus and moving.

I thought the traffic situation was quite good. I was shocked this is what I was worried about the most. One thing that was disappointing was the concession stands, they were brutally slow !!! Stood in line for 45 minutes one day (Saturday). And the grandstands were useless and too small. You had to been in them for at least two hours before any golfers arrived, not very good. They should look at the british open and how large they are. I found this to be a complete joke. Overall a neat experience but expected more out of the Presidents Cup. Thank goodness Mike Weir made the team or it would have be kind of boring
