If one has a set of small binoculars that happen to have a camera in them that is run by batteries, can one take the batteries out for the competition days and still take the binoculars in to the golf course.

I contacted you about two years ago in reguards to getting tickets. I believe I gave my credit card number. I have a conflict and will not be able to attend. I don’t want my card charged for the tickets since I am not going to be there. Please advise.
